PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load drive circuit which reduces the temperature variance in the drive voltage that an output element supplies to a load. SOLUTION: The load drive circuit is equipped with a power source 12 supplying a first voltage, the output element 13, connected to the power source 12 and outputting the drive voltage for driving the predetermined load 20, and a temperature compensation circuit connected between the power source 12 and an output element 13, wherein the temperature compensation circuit compensates the voltage drop of a first voltage due to the ON-resistance, according to the temperature of the output element 13 for transforming the voltage into a second voltage, and the output element 13 is supplied with the second voltage and supplies the drive voltage that is based on the second voltage, to the load 20.
