<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter for display where a winding up property is improved without reducing transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The optical filter for display has a hard coat layer 12 at a surface side of a transparent film 11 and has a near-infrared ray absorbing layer 13 or has the near-infrared ray absorbing layer 13, a color tone conditioning layer 14 and/or a transparent resin layer 15 at a back surface side of the transparent film 11.
