<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance user's convenience by retrieving related words of conversion candidates of an input character, retrieving content having all the words or either the conversion candidates or the related words as meta data, displaying its retrieval results and causing them to be selected. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 of an e-mail creation support system 2 is provided with a conversion candidate output part 31 which outputs the conversion candidates of the input character. A server 12 is provided with: a material data base 46 which stores materials for e-mail attachment to which a tag is attached; and a related word dictionary database 47 which stores a related word dictionary. A related word retrieval part 49 retrieves related words of the conversion candidates of the input character. A material retrieval part 50 retrieves a material to which all the words or any one of the conversion candidates and the related words are attached as the tag.
