PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated spring generator capable of increasing the dissolution concentration of carbon dioxide in water in a tank and efficiently generating micro-bubbles inside the tank. SOLUTION: The water passing pipe 14 of the carbonated spring generator 12 is connected to the tank 11 through a suction pipe 16 and a discharge pipe 18. A piston type pump P is provided in the middle of the water passing pipe 14, and the pump P and a carbon dioxide cylinder 42 are connected by a conduit 43. During the suction operation of the pump P, by sucking a carbon dioxide gas and pressurizing it to the pressure of 0.7 MPa, the carbon dioxide gas is efficiently mixed in the water and the carbon dioxide is dissolved in the water. By leading the water in which the carbon dioxide is dissolved from the discharge pipe 18 to a discharge valve 61, decompressing it inside the tank 11 and jetting it, the micro-bubbles of the carbon dioxide are efficiently generated in the water inside the tank 11 and the dissolution concentration of the carbon dioxide in the water is increased.
