PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed type suction-conveying apparatus capable of maintaining stable sand removing performance while performing periodic and appropriate maintenance and management of sandy soil deposited in a large-scale reservoir such as a dam lake, during an operation period over a long period of time. SOLUTION: An actuator 16 for applying vibration and swinging motion to a sand discharge pipe is mounted to solve various problems such as blocking and short-cut of a fixed type sand discharge pipe. Furthermore, since a driving device is not provided underwater, pressure piping is not required to facilitate work in both installation and maintenance management. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
