PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter exactly carrying out farm works such as seedling planting etc., in a narrow area. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is provided with a seedling feeding device 16 on an upper part of a traveling machine body 1 supporting front and rear wheels 3, 4 driven by an electric motor, a seedling transplanting device 7 arranged on the lower part of the machine body 1, a pin 12 penetrating the machine body 1 and connecting the seedling feeding device 16 and the seedling transplanting device 7 as rotatable in substantially horizontal direction, and a hub 6 for rotatably supporting the pin 12.
