PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowerpot charged with cultivation soil having new fine appearance and new value, and further enabling absorption of more carbon dioxide than that by a conventional one. SOLUTION: The cultivation soil-charged flowerpot 200 is provided with a receiving saucer 210, a flowerpot main body 230 placed at the upper part of the saucer 210 and comprising a vegetation mat, and cultivation soil 250 charged to the inside of the flowerpot main body 230. The cultivation soil-charged flowerpot 200 is produced through: a process of placing a formed pipe 220 having a hole with a prescribed shape on the saucer 210; a process of forming the flowerpot main body 230 by temporarily fixing the vegetation mat with a cord after winding the vegetation mat around the outer peripheral surface of the formed pipe 220; and a process of charging the cultivation soil 250 to the inside of the flowerpot main body 230 by pulling out the formed pipe 220 while charging the cultivation soil 250 to the inside of the flowerpot main body 230.
