A servicing platform 34 for a nuclear reactor refueling floor 28 is provided. In various embodiments, the servicing platform 34 includes a base 36 structured to be anchored to a refueling floor 28 of the nuclear reactor 10. The servicing platform 34 additionally includes a telescoping mast 38 having a mounting collar 42 at a first end that is rotationally attached to the base 36, and a personnel work basket 50 pivotally coupled to a second end of the mast 54.
