A flow rate measuring apparatus is provided to reduce the occurrence of a disconnection due to vibration of a pipeline. A flow rate measuring apparatus comprises a base(11), a circuit board(5), a housing(6), and a cover(16). The base consists of a main body(32) having a connector(13) and a flange(17) arranged on the base main body. A control is built in the circuit board in order to process signal of a flow rate detection element by driving it. The housing consists of an enclosure(20) surrounding the circuit board. The enclosure is opened and closed by the cover.
