A system and a method for managing exchange and sale of a condominium membership right are provided to allow a condominium member to use other condominiums and sell the membership right to people who are not members. A system of managing exchange and sale of a condominium membership right includes an interface(200) for receiving and transferring member information and condominium information, a value estimator(300) for deciding a condominium membership right of the member information as a sharing point and calculating a room sharing point by using the condominium information and the membership right, a reservation distributor(700) for determining reservation according to priority of reservation applicants, a database(800) storing the sharing point of the condominium membership right and the room sharing point, and a manager(500) for subtracting a sharing point of a reserved room from the sharing point of the condominium membership right of a reservation applicant determined by the reservation distributor. |
