A learning control method in a change of speed is provided to improve durability of vehicles and smoothness in driving by appropriately corresponding to difference according to hydraulic deviation between vehicles and performance deviation of engine in a change of speed. A learning control method in a change of speed comprises: a first step(S100) determining a change of speed; a second step(S200) judging whether run-up or interlock is generated or not; a third step(S300) determining to be satisfied with a studying condition which is set up in run-up or interlock in advance; a fourth stage(S400) checking out presence and direct of kick down study value in run-up or interlock; a fifth step(S500) reflecting the codirectional learning amount to shift releasing control with a constant rate toward a release side in a change of speed; a sixth step(S600) determining whether the shift run-up or interlock is generated or not in a change of speed; and a seventh step(S700) correcting duty rate in a bonding side of the shift control in a change of speed.
