The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to massaging procedures. The invention aim is to speed up restoration of locomotor apparatus, especially under large training and competitive loads using multiplane mechanical influence on biologic tissues. The result is achieved by more deep, multiplane, purposeful massaging of pain zone due to two-frequency influence and allows quicker restoration of muscular tissues at apparent fatigue. For that the massaging device comprises massaging heads for massaging relaxed and prestressed large muscles. Their working surface has a screw profile as projections in the right and left direction of the screw line. A ledge is embodied at each head along the length the working screw zone with other, relative to wavy protrusion, screw line pitch both as coinciding with the wave direction of screw projection and counterdirected with the wave direction of screw projection.
