The device has a rigid filling support (11) formed in a position determined for obtaining flow by gravity of resin in a filling opening (120). The support determines a part forming an inclination between 15-60 degrees with respect to horizontal for a container during filling. The support is obtained by cutting in a rigid sheet folded in a manner to form a central plane part (112) bordered by two panels (113, 114) that is inclined toward top. The central plane part has an opening (1120) placed at right of the filling opening. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a resin pocket or electrical accessory package comprising a pre-cut or pre-folded part (2) a method for filling an electrical accessory with resin.
