<p>A separation prevention device for a pipe joint has disengagement prevention members (6A, 6B) and a pressing bolt (7). The disengagement prevention members (6A, 6B) are arranged at positions that are in the circumferential direction of a pipe and on the inner peripheral surface of a pressing ring (4) engaging with a receiving opening while being fitted on an insertion opening section (2), and the disengagement prevention members (6A, 6B) have claws (8A1, 8B1) capable of biting into the outer peripheral surface of the insertion opening section (2). The pressing bolt (7) presses the disengagement prevention members (6A, 6B) inward in the radial direction of the pipe to engage the claws (8A1, 8B1) with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion opening section (2). The claw (8A1) of the disengagement prevention member (6A) and the claw of the disengagement prevention member (6B), which is adjacent to the disengagement prevention member (6A) in the circumferential direction of the pipe, are arranged so as to overlap on each other in the direction of the axis of the pipe while engaging with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion opening section (2).</p> |
