PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole device and make the cost low, and to enhance efficiency of treatment of waste gas without necessitating to form a plural number of gas liquid contact parts by making the waste gas to a slant flow with slits and also forming a circular flow path of washing water with a weir plate disposed between an inner cylinder, a water feed port and an water discharge port. SOLUTION: The washing water in a lower part casing 4 is fed from a waste feed port 9 via a waste feed pipe 24, and one portion is discharged from a water discharge port 10 of an upper part casing 3 and reaches a returning pipe 21, and the balance flows down from a cross partitioning plate 2 through the slits 8, and they respectively return to lower part casing 4. During this time, the waste gas is fed from a gas feed port 6 of the lower part casing 4 to pass through the slits 8, and is sucked with an exhaust fan 17, ascends in the upper part casing 3 and is exhausted from an exhaust port 7. At this time, the exhaust gas is made to a slant flow with the slits 8. On the other hand, the washing water is passed through a circular flow path formed with the weir-plate 13 provided during the inner cylinder 11, the water feed port 9 and the water discharge port 10, and is brought into contact with the waste gas. |
