PURPOSE:To discharge recording paper while the side and direction are arranged, by recording the recording paper while carrying in inverted direction at forward and reverse reading of an original, and discharging the paper to different paper discharge trays. CONSTITUTION:In instructing the reading of a sheet original and the both side recording, reading units 20, 22 are started for reading and a carrying path of a recording paper 52 is formed from a cassette 51 to a paper discharge tray 83. The recording paper 52 is carried in synchronizing with the carrying of the original OS, and the front side of the recording paper is recorded at a position E. When the tip of the recording paper 52 reaches a recording position F, the recording is done for the back side of the recording paper with a recording head 85, and the recording paper 52 is discharged to the tray 83. In the reverse reading of the reading means, the recording paper is carried from a cassette 50, the both side recording is done at the recording heads 85, 84 and the recording paper is discharged to a paper discharge tray 82. |
