PURPOSE:To prevent a shortcircuit between a plurality of commutator segments due to cutting chips by filling an insulator between the segments. CONSTITUTION:A commutator 3 is provided on a shaft 2 having a coil 1, and a brush 4 provided at a vibration preventive rubber is contacted with the commutator 3. In this case, the cummutator 3 is filled with glass 6 as an insulating material between commutator segments 3a, 3b, 3c to become the same plane as the segments 3a, 3b, 3c. Thus, the surface of he glass 6 becomes smooth, and cutting chips are not filled in the space between the segments. |
