PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a recording head of a printer by providing a plate material which has a plurality of hollow passages for flowing ink and a base material which has heaters and electrodes on one side surface, and disposing the heaters from the holes formed at the bottom of the hollow passage in the hollow passage, thereby equalizing the sectional area of the passage of the ink. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 has a plurality of hollow passages 11 opened at both ends and a plurality of holes 12, while a base plate 10 has a plurality of heaters 13 and electrodes 14, 15 on one side surface. The holes 12 are formed oppositely to the heaters 13 on the inner surface of a plate material 9. Then, an adhesive 16 of epoxy or polyimide is coated on the entire one surface of the plate 10 at the heater 13 side to bond the material 9 to the plate 10. After the adhesive 16 is solidified, the adhesive 16 is removed from the surfaces of the heaters 13. |
