PURPOSE:To prevent the shift or reversal of the mounted magnets by arranging the attached magnets on a thermoplastic sheet by use of the die in which magnets are arranged by NS arrangement followed by press molding. CONSTITUTION:Magnets 4 are arranged in a core die 1 by NS arrangement. A thermoplastic sheet 5 is placed on the magnets and further the attached magnets 6 are put on it by NS arrangement according to the magnets 4. On the magnets 6, another thermoplastic sheet 7 is laminated followed by heat molding to form a molded body in which the magnets 6 are arranged by NS arrangement between the thermoplastic sheets. By this constitution, the falling- off, shift, and reversal of the attached magnets from the molded body can be prevented and a function of the magnetic force is stabilized. |
