<p>PURPOSE:To take high-resolution measurement by switching a reference resistance, sampling time switching means, and a temperature data converting means according to a measured temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A reference resistance changeover switch 13 switches reference resistances 12 of an oscillation part 1 according to the measured temperature range and a sampling time changeover switch 44 switches the sampling time when an oscillation frequency is compared according to the measured temperature range by switching the reference resistances 12 and sensing resistance 11 of the oscillation part. Further, decoders 37 (37-1-37-3) receive the comparison result of the oscillation frequency from a comparing means and output temperature data corresponding to the measured temperature range, and bus buffers 36 (36-1-36-3) and 38 (38-1-38-3) select one of those decoders 37. One of three sequences, i.e. bus buffers 36 and 38 are selected with a signal SBn from a sampling control circuit 41 and signals SAn and SBn for a change to a next temperature range are outputted from a circuit 41 with signals inputted from AND circuits 42a-42d.</p> |
