PURPOSE:To enhance the heat efficiency by providing an air separator for increasing the concentration of oxygen in combustion air, in an air supply system led to a combustion device, and by providing a mixing device for water or steam downstream of the air separator. CONSTITUTION:During operation of a turbine, the concentration of oxygen in combustion air which is the atmospheric air is increased and the pressure of the air is boosted in an air-separator 1 of a deep-cooling type, an absorbent using pressure change type or the like, after the high pressure and high oxygen concentration gas is mixed with steam in a mixing device 2, the air is fed into a combustion device 3 so as to contribute to the combustion of fuel such as LNG or the like. Further, thus obtained high temperature and high pressure burnt gas is fed to a turbine 4 which therefore works to drive a generator 5. Burnt gas discharged from the turbine 4 is fed into a gas separator 6 of an absorbent using pressure change type or the like, and gas containing, as a main component, steam which is separated in the separator 6 is fed into the mixing device 2 through a steam energy retrieving device 7, pump 9 and an exhaust gas energy retrieving device 10.
