PURPOSE:To develop a clear and deep color through contact with a color developer and enhance light fastness of a developed color image, by using a specified compound having two triphenylmethane skeletons in one molecule thereof. CONSTITUTION:A compound having two triphenylmethane skeletons in one molecule thereof represented by formula I is incorporated as a color reaction substance. In formula I, X is an amino substd. phenyl of formula II or a carbazolyl of formula III; each of R1 and R2 is independently alkyl, cycloalkyl, or phenyl or benzyl which may be substd. by alkyl, alkoxyl or halogen, with the proviso that R1 and R2 may form a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring group with the nitrogen atom; each of Z1, Z2 and R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxyl or halogen; each of R4 and Y is hydrogen, an alkyl, or phenyl or binzyl which may be substd. by alkyl, alkoxyl or halogen; and R5 is hydrogen, halogen or methyl. |
