<p>PURPOSE:To provide a plane transformer wherein a coupling coefficient between plane coils is increased and the conversion coefficient of the transformer can be increased. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of plane coils 4a, 4b in which conductors 2a, 2b have been wound so as to be plane-shaped are stacked via an electric insulator 5. The diameter of the conductor 2a for the plane coil 4a whose number of turns is large is made smaller than the diameter of the conductor 2b for the plane coil 4b whose number of turns is small. Since the diameter of the conductor for the plane coil whose number of turns is larger is made smaller than the diameter for the plane coil whose number of turns is small, the difference in a size between the inside diameter and the outside diameter of the plane coils is reduced. Thereby, a coupling coefficient between the plane coils is enhanced, and the conversion efficiency of a transformer can be increased.</p> |
