METHOD FOR SECRET VOTE WITH VOTING PAPERS

Method for secret voting with voting papers at which at day of voting the voting paper with information marks on real elections, variants of voting and places with making marks of voting is separated from attachment to voting paper, protected against falsification first and second marking elements are separated one from another, first marking element is connected with non-split connection to voting paper, second marking element is connected with non-split connection to attachment to voting paper, one secretly represents mark of voting in voting paper and placed voting paper to box for voting. Second marking element is made with nomination and together with first marking element it is connected with possibility of disconnection from nominative certificate of voter, this includes same information marks on real elections signed and marked with seal of election committee, this is issued before the day of voting. At day of voting first and second marking elements are signed and marked with seal of election committee.
