PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "navigation device" that prevents marks from closing up when a via-point mark and a final destination mark are displayed at a predetermined position on a map, and prevents mark displays from overlapping in a hard-to-see manner even when a broad map is displayed. SOLUTION: When a mark display overlap detecting section detects that marks are displayed in an overlapping state when the via-point and final destination marks are displayed, a mark display changing processing section makes the via-point mark displayed on the front surface on the travel direction order, for example, rotates and displays the marks so that the marks do not overlap, or changes the display height so that the marks do not overlap in 3D display of the map. The via-point mark may be displayed on the front surface on the travel direction order in the initial display of the via-point or destination, and the via-point mark may be displayed on the most back side in arrival at the via-point.
