<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite material which is excellent in mechanical properties such as strength and the modulus of elasticity, etc. while it is light weight, high in fiber volume content (Vf), more particularly about 45% or more with good productivity by an RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) method, and more particularly can be manufactured as short time as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fiber-reinforced composite material includes the steps of injecting thermosetting resin composition in reinforced fiber base material in a mold held at specific temperature T<SB>m</SB>included in a range of 60°C to 180°C to satisfy t<SB>i</SB>≤10, t<SB>m</SB>≤60, and 1<t<SB>m</SB>/t<SB>i</SB>≤6.0 (t<SB>i</SB>: time (min) from the start of injecting to the end of injecting, and t<SB>m</SB>: time (min) from the start of injecting to the start of withdrawing of the mold), holding the mold temperature at T<SB>m</SB>, and thermal hardening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
