PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten steel processing facility capable of shortening the cycle time of a ladle-refining. SOLUTION: This molten steel processing facility is provided with: a first processing station; a second processing station; a third processing station; alloy additional apparatuses 5 which are arranged respectively at the first processing station, the second processing station and the third processing station and add the alloy to the molten steel; stirring apparatuses 7 which are arranged respectively at the first processing station, the second processing station and the third processing station and stir the molten steel; a heating apparatus 6 which is arranged at the second treating station and heats the molten steel; a first conveying carriage 3a for conveying the laid ladle between the first processing station and the second processing station; and a second conveying carriage 3b for conveying the laid ladle between the second processing station and the third processing station.
