OPERATION OF NETWORK USING MULTI-RATE ADAPTIVE INTERFACE BOARD, AND ACTUALIZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a conventional fixed-rate adaptive interface board is mounted for a network where a variety of signals are connected, the number of components increases to require complicated management and more facility costs and when a line is changed, a person in charge of maintenance needs to perform component replacing operation.

SOLUTION: As a network to be more complicated in future, a network which decreases in the number of components and is easy to manage is provided at a low cost, and line change is speedily made for addition or alteration of services or in case of trouble occurrence. A multi-rate adaptive interface board which can freely change signal kinds to be accommodated under control of higher operation is used to provide network configurations eliminating the need to replace the interface board even in the case of line change.
