<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging device with excellent handling properties, in which an engaging member can be securely and easily attached to a member to be engaged such as a printed-circuit board and the engaging member can be detached easily and reused. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting hole 64 comprising a circular hole portion 60 and a long hole portion 62 is bored in a printed-circuit board 2 which is a member to be engaged.
