PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable terminal connecting structure in which wiring work of the terminal of the coaxial cable can be carried out certainly and simply and which can be made sufficiently small in size. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable terminal connecting structure 1 comprises a signal wire 2, a signal wire coating 3 to cover the signal wire 2, a shield wire 5 installed outside of the signal wire coating 3, and a sheath member 6 to cover the shield wire 5, and is provided with a coaxial cable terminal connecting member 10 in which a plurality of coaxial cables 7 in which the signal wire 2 and the shield wire 5 are respectively exposed are connected at the terminal and has a base side step part formed in step form to which the terminal of the coaxial cable 7 is connected. The base side step part is provided with a first conductive face to which the exposed shield wire 5 is electrically connected and a second conductive face which is arranged at the upper step and to which the exposed signal wire 2 is electrically connected, with the shield wire 5 and the first conductive face in conduction state.
