POWER QUALITY MONITORING DEVICE

摘要

A power quality monitoring device is provided to monitor power quality such as load voltages, current data, swell, sag, frequency variations, and unbalance by installing a plurality of merging units at elements of a power system. A plurality of merging units(1) are installed at each of elements of a power system in order to sense a voltage and current from a railroad track, and to transmit wirelessly sensing data to a monitoring server(2) on the basis of IEC-61850-9-2 communication method proposed by IEC-61850 as an international specification of a substation automation. The monitoring server analyzes the power quality of the power system on the basis of the sensing data received wirelessly from the merging units.
