A three-dimensional X-ray inspecting apparatus having two X-ray detecting sensors is provided to give visual activity and reality to an observer by coupling a three-dimensional image output device to an x-ray image device. A three-dimensional X-ray inspecting apparatus having two X-ray detecting sensors includes an X-ray illumination unit(100) for illuminating X-ray to an object, a sensor unit(200), a signal processing unit(300), and a three-dimensional image display unit(400). The sensor unit is formed a pair together with the X-ray illumination unit to generate a left eye image signal and a right eye image signal by receiving the X-ray transmitted through the object. The signal processing unit converting the left eye image signal and the right eye image signal. The three-dimensional image display unit makes the three-dimensional image by receiving the left eye image data and the right eye image data from the signal processing unit. The three-dimensional image display unit has a first display device(410), a second display device(420), a half mirror(430), and an image inversion circuit(440). The image inversion circuit inverts the image of the display device to supply an image reflected by the half mirror in left and right.
