<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty when a user registers or revises an electronic file within a deadline, and to facilitate the operation. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 20 has: a reminder information registration section 25 which registers registration reminder information including a name of a user to register an electronic document into a document storage section 23, an electronic document name, a deadline for registration of the electronic document, and a reminder date for the user in association with a folder as a registration location, in the document storage section 23; and a schedule setting section 26 which sets a schedule item to urge registration of the electronic document on a document registration deadline in a schedule of the user who has not yet registered the electronic document at the reminder date and associates the schedule item with information on a link to the registration location of the electronic document. When the user, who has not registered the document, clicks the schedule item urging the registration in the schedule, a document edit application is started, and the document created by the user is registered in a predetermined folder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
