<p>The invention relates to an ice cream additive developed for use in the production of the ice cream, which is included in the food sector and is one of the indispensable tastes of the hot summer months and even of the cold winter evenings, said ice cream additive comprising the fruit particles, preservative, consistency increasing agent, acidity regulating agent, sweetener agent, additive, emulgator and aroma regulating agent, and to a method for the production of the same. Said ice cream additive is mixed with milk at a proportion of 1/1, to be directly used in the production of ice cream in the ice cream machine.</p> |
