PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently, easily, accurately, and positively install a slidably arranged slide plate in a pillar garnish body incorporating a shock absorbing body without causing a backlash. SOLUTION: One end part of a pillar garnish having an opening 11c for adjusting the height position of a seat belt anchor is provided with a fixing boss 14 for fixing a shock absorbing body 12, that is, an engage-disengaging part in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the opening 11c. The fixing boss 14 engagingly holds on end of a slide plate 13 releasably by assembling structure of a cabin side pillar when the pillar garnish is assembled to the cabin side pillar. A fixing boss inserting-disengaging notch part 17a obtained by notching the longitudinal end edge of the slide plate 13 in a slit-like manner, and at least one engagingly locking notch part 17b which is branched in the direction intersecting the insertion-disengaging notch part 17a to be notched, are provided. During assembling, the fixing boss 14 engaging with the engagingly locking notch part 17b is relatively moved relative to the insertion-disengaging notch part 17a to automatically release the engagement of the pillar garnish body 11 with the slide plate 13. |
