<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide configuration for attaining delay dissolution of broadcast data provided to a client connected via a network from a network tuner. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor (network tuner) 200 which provides broadcast content to the client connected via the network 150, a buffer 203 which accumulates transmitted data including the broadcast data is monitored, a detention state, for example, data detention time, of data in the buffer is monitored and the data exceeding predetermined allowed detention time are excluded from the transmitted data.
