摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device that is structured such that mis-engagement of a two-way clutch can be prevented, and leakage of magnetic flux can be reduced in an engagement state of an armature. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 20 is arranged in addition to the two-way clutch 10. The electromagnetic clutch 20 is formed with the armature 21, a rotor 22, and an electromagnet 23 attracting the armature 21 to the rotor 22 by carrying a current thereto. A mis-engagement prevention ring 27 is fixed to an inside-diameter part of the armature 21; a claw 29 is formed in an inner periphery of the armature 21; a cutout part 30 is formed on an end surface of an inner ring 2; and mis-engagement of the two-way clutch 10 is prevented by rotating a cage 14 with the inner ring 2 by fitting the claw 29 to the cutout part 30 in free rotation of the inner ring 2. By forming the mis-engagement prevention ring 27 with a non-magnetic material, leakage of magnetic flux from the inside-diameter part of the armature 21 is reduced in attracting the armature 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
