<p>The method involves writing data such as photo, in an elementary data file such as short message service elementary file, of a portable electronic device i.e. subscriber identity module (SIM) card (3), using a writing unit of a personal computer (1). A program is executed by a local execution unit of the device in response to the written data. Another data in another data file of the device is written using a writing unit of the device as a result of the execution of the program. The computer, a portable telephone (2) and the device exchanges the data by protocols.</p> |
