A method for a heater used in a heat treatment device is provided to implement uniform temperature distribution and narrowing the width between heating lines by using a heating resistor having a zigzag heating line. A method for a heater used in a heat treatment device includes the steps of: making a plurality of forming heating lines having a predetermined length by forming a heating line; welding the forming heating lines to be coupled to each other; preparing a cylindrical jig which is vertically installed on an outer plane of a fixed rod; fixing the forming heating lines on the fixed rod to be apart from an outer circumference plane of the cylindrical jig; plastering an insulator on the cylindrical jig so that the forming heating lines fixed on the fixed rod are buried; drying the insulator in an oven; making an insulator body(110) of a cylindrical shape by plastering the insulator with a predetermined depth secondarily; separating the fixed rod from the heating line, and separating the cylindrical jig; and sintering the insulator from which the cylindrical jig and the fixed rod are separated at a high temperature. |
