PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually move commodities downward without causing problems, such as complication of its manufacturing work and an increase of a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A commodity carrying-out device for a vending machine has a pedal member 66 of which the upper end part moves backward and forward to a commodity storage passage 53 by swinging around a lower end part as a center, which is constantly held at an advance position tilting forward to the passage 53 by energizing force from a pedal energizing spring 67, and also moves backward against the energizing force from the spring 67 when a commodity G is abutted on the upper end part; and pedal control means 65, 69, 70 which restrict the commodity G abutted on the member 66 from moving downward by preventing the member 66 arranged at the advance position in a stand-by state, allow the backward moving of the member 66 as well when a carrying-out command is given, and when the member 66 moves forward again by the energizing force from the spring 67 after moving backward once, return to a state to prevent the member 66 from moving backward.
