PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a balloon by material where temperature with sunlight and both of oxidative degradation with UV and biodegradation with bacteria can be used together in natural environment and where the relative amount of inorganic substances which can show the degradation functions can be small. SOLUTION: The balloon is obtained by using material which contains a rare earth element belonging to a group 3A in the periodic table or an oxide of the element in a polyolefin system resin. It is normal that one of cesium (Ce), yttrium (Y) and neodymium (Nd) or a combination of them is selected for the rare earth element, that polyethylene (PE) is used as a main component and polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene (PS) is adopted as a supplement component for the polyolefin system resin, and that the relative amount of the polyolefin system resin is 90 to 97 wt.% and that of the rare earth element or the oxide of it is 3 wt.%.
