PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a productivity at a time when a tension member is used for holding the space of a panel-shaped vacuum body. SOLUTION: Spacing materials 6 in which the tension members 10 are arranged on both sides of spacers 5 unified with legs 7 disposed at specified intervals by joint materials are used for holding the spaces of airtight face materials 2 on the surface and rear of the panel-shaped vacuum body. The annular sheet-shaped 19 or reticulate 10 tension members are used in the tension members which have been divided at every one in this case, and the spacing materials in which the spacers are inserted in the annular materials and unified are used. The spacing materials are assembled by a small workload regardless of the size of the vacuum body by using the spacing materials obtained by integrally molding the joint materials, the legs and the tension members as another method, thus stabilizing and improving the productivity.
