PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount bars having different widths by forming a pair of mutually opposed holding pieces to a fitting section fitting the bars to a bar connector and changing a space between each holding piece. SOLUTION: In the bar connector, the bar connector has the first mounting section 9 connected to a first bar 5 and the second mounting section 11 being adjoined to the first mounting section 9 and connecting the end section of a second bar 10 in a rockable manner through a shaft 21 and a fixing means 30 preventing the rocking of the second bar 10 is fitted between the second mounting section 11 and the second bar. In the bar connector, one piece of the first mounting section 9 facing the first bar 5 and the second mounting section 11 are formed to a connection body 15, and the holding piece 13 holding the first bar 5 is formed to a holding member 16 while being faced to one piece 13a of the first mounting section 9. In the bar connector, the holding member 16 is secured to the connection body 15 through the shaft 21 so that far and near places can be changed to one piece 13a of the first mounting section 9.
