PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crime prevention laminated glass capable of enduring harsh conditions of breakage with fire such that burning by a burner followed by contacting with a wet duster followed by blowing with a hammer. SOLUTION: This crime prevention laminated glass A securing transparency is formed by laminating a plate glass 1, a transparent hydrous resin layer 3, a transparent resin sheet layer 4, an adhesive layer 5 and a plate glass 2 in order from the outdoor side, where the transparent hydrous resin layer 3 is thermally polymerized or crosslinked to become a rubbery elastic body, and integrally adhered to the transparent resin sheet layer 4 and the plate glass 1 in the outdoor side. When the moisture content of the transparent hydrous resin layer 3 is made to 50-70 wt.%, the moisture hydrated in the transparent hydrous resin layer 3 inside the plate glass 1 absorbs heat and dissipates the heat to back up the plate glass 1 in the outdoor side, and at the same time, intercepts transferring of temperature heated by a burner toward the transparent resin sheet layer 4 inside thereof.
