PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a plurality of kinds of projected heights in plantar arch has to be prepared for a healthy sandal in order to correspond to an individual difference concerning conventional technique since a foot sole type is individually different and a person with flat feet is largely different from a person with a high instep concerning the height of a plantar arch due to the individual difference. SOLUTION: The healthy sandal having multiple projections for pressurizing the foot sole on the upper surface of an deck 2 includes a substantially hemi-circular pocket part 6 which is formed in parallel with the upper surface of the deck 2 from the inner side surface of the nearly center of a sole part 1 at the position of the deck plantar arch 10. An insertion piece 7, which is substantially similar to the pocket part 6 in a nearly semi-circular shape with a thin peripheral part and a thick center part, is prepared to have kinds by levels 1-5 in response to the foot sole types of users. The user selects the insertion piece 7 in response to the type of his/her plantar arch 9 and inserts it to the pocket part 6 for usage. Accordingly, the projections of the insole plantar arch 10 arranged on the upper surface of the deck 2 fit the height of the plantar arch 9, so as to solve the problem in the healthy sandal which shows a foot sole acupuncture point pressurizing effect.
