<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kiln that can reduce influence received by treated objects in baking without changing the temperature conditions of the kiln even if there is the dispersion of temperature in the kiln, and to provide a method of baking the treated objects in the kiln, and a method of manufacturing a solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: The kiln is provided with a kiln body having a treating space 15 inside, a conveying means 1 having a loading surface 1a and moving the treated objects 5 loaded on a loading surface, in a predetermined direction within the treating space, and heaters 2a, 2b arranged in the treating space and heating the treated objects. The loading surface comprises a plurality of sections 8 having loading parts that can be loaded with the treated objects, in an almost orthogonal direction to the predetermined direction, and the height of the loading parts in at least one section is made different from the height of the loading parts in the adjacent sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
