GAS CONCENTRATION MEASURING METHOD, PROGRAM AND APPARATUS WITH DETERMINATION OF ERRONEOUS DETECTION

A gas concentration measuring method, a program, and an apparatus with an erroneous detection function are provided to prevent an erroneous judgment of concentration by comparing the concentration of interference component gas with a threshold of interference component gas concentration. A gas concentration measuring method comprises the steps of: writing an analysis method and registering the analysis method in a memory(S1); setting a measuring condition(S2); setting a spectrum(S3); selecting the analysis method(S4); setting a condition of a secondary analysis of an interference component gas(S5); measuring object gas introduced to a gas cell(S6); calculating absorbance of the object gas by using the light transmission quantity of the background gas and the light transmission quantity of the object gas(S7); comparing the concentration of the object gas with a threshold of object gas concentration(S8); analyzing again the interference component gas(S9); comparing the concentration of the interference component gas with the threshold of interference component gas concentration(S10); holding the judgment of the concentration of the object gas and carrying out the re-analysis(S12); and generating alarm and transmitting an alarm signal to a control board when the concentration of the interference component gas is within the threshold of interference component gas concentration(S11).
