A watertight packing having a lubricant reservoir is provided to prevent a lubricant from being coated on the packing to insert the pipe in a socket or a connector, and to prevent the packing from bring twisted by communicating the lubricant reservoir with a discharging part and discharging the lubricant, using a lid part, when predetermined outer force is applied. A watertight packing(100a) having a lubricant reservoir comprises a ring shaped body, a lubricant tank, a discharging part, and a lid part. The body is installed at an outer peripheral surface of a pipe(10). The discharging part communicates the lubricant tank with the outside to discharge the lubricant to the outside. The lid part covers the discharging part. A projected part is inserted in a recessed groove which is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe. A base part(50) is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe. A cover part(56) is combined with the base part to allow the lubricant tank to be formed between a lower side of the cover part and the base part.
