<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser control circuit which is provided with only one DA convertor having high accuracy and multi-bits. <P>SOLUTION: An operation processor 24a generates three data Ip, Ib, Ie time sequentially by operation based on first to third signals generated by circuits A, B, C. A DA converter 25a with a sample-hold circuit is provided with one DA converter and three sample-hold circuits. The DA converter converts three data Ip, Ib, Ie to analog voltage signals time sequentially. The respective sample-hold circuits hold respective analog voltage signals converted by the DA converter respectively. The DA converter 25a with the sample-hold circuit converts respective analog voltage signals held in the respective sample-hold circuits to analog current signals Pp, Pb, Pe respectively, and output them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
