<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent maintenance service mechanism and method having advanced processing power. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance process is recorded mainly through noncontact type information media, a maintenance schedule can be checked online, the maintenance process is clarified, data recording and identification can be quickly performed, an identification gate having a reader in physical distribution or maintenance center is installed, and receiving can be made quickly, an image is taken by the reader having a camera function in order to prevent mix-up of the article to be maintained, and a comparing and checking mechanism is designed. The work time is reduced and the possibility of error is reduced comparing with the present man power work and passive inspection, the maintenance of all processes and safety and dynamic state of the article to be maintained existing in a transportation process can be effectively monitored, a consumer can know the maintenance status of the article, and the satisfaction to customer's overall maintenance service is raised. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
